Lieber<\/span> has hidden from public disclosure that his father (the son of a Romanian Jewish \u00e9migr\u00e9 candy manufacturer Leo Lieber), Robert I. Lieber<\/span>, was a satellite tracking and radar spy for RCA\u2019s AEGIS satellite system (Sir Geoffrey Pattie, Privy Council, NBC, GE, BBC, Sarnoff) now managed by Lockheed Martin, SERCO, QinetiQ and the British Privy Council.<\/h3>\n

At the Army’s Frankford Arsenal from 1950 to 1952, he was responsible for hydraulic circuit development. Joining RCA in 1952, Mr. Lieber contributed to development of the AN\/APN-42 subminiaturized pulse radar altimeter and the “Black Cate” low-altitude penetration system. He then became responsible for the integration of the MIT-SPIRE System with the RCA-developed K-band terrain clearance radar. From 1956 to 1958 he undertook functional engineering of inertial navigation systems and self-stabilized missile-seeker systems. Since 1958, Mr. Lieber, as Leader of an Analysis group, is responsible for major portions of DAMP [ARPA-funded] and advanced tracking and guidance systems.<\/figcaption><\/figure>The DAMP project<\/a> implemented lethal capabilities that “Five Eyes” and their British-American Pilgrims Society handlers, including the Senior Executive Service (SES), have\u00a0 turned on friend and foe alike. Sophia (sometimes Sophie) was Leo’s second wife and Robert appears to be their only child. Leo was age 50 and Sophia was age 37 when Robert was born.<\/p>\n

Leo’s first wife, Fannie (ne Cohen) (Robert’s stepmother)<\/a>\u00a0 is the person with whom Leo emigrated from Boto\u0219ani, Romania<\/a> on the SMS F\u00fcrst Bismarck via Hamburg, Germany, arriving in New York on Mar. 14, 1892.<\/a> Fannie and Leo had three children with Fannie, namely Evelyn (b. 1903), Sylvan (b. 1908) and Ruth (b. 1911) according to their 1912 Naturalization Certificate<\/a>. They were identified “Rou. Yiddish” (Romanian, Jewish) for “Place of birth” for himself and his parents on the 1910 Census<\/a>. Fannie passed away in 1920<\/a>. On the 1930 Census<\/a>, widower Leo had married Sophia (m. Jul. 20, 1923)<\/a>, they had a son Robert (Charles’ father). Then oddly, Leo claimed he and his parents were from Russia, not Romania.<\/p>\n

Leo was the third child of four brothers and four sisters. His parents were Israel Lieber (1849-1912)<\/a> and Goldie Lieber (ne Frokler) (1857-1930). His father Israel was born in Austria and moved to Botoshani (also Botshani, Botchani, Boto\u0219ani), Romania where all eight children were born, and where the greater Lieber family were candy manufacturing proprietors.<\/p>\n

On Jul. 20, 1923<\/a>, widower Leo Lieber remarried to Sophia Malason<\/a> (alts. Sophie, Maleson, Meleson) with Rabbi Kline presiding. Sophia’s whose mother was born in Russia. As just mentioned, Leo told the U.S. Federal Census takers two different countries of origin. In 1910<\/a>, Leo declared “Roumania, Yiddish” as his birthplace. In 1930<\/a> Leo declared “Russia, Jewish.”<\/p>\n

Those are the facts, what is the significance of this evident deception?<\/p>\n

Oversight? Hardly, the information was repeated numerous times in each census ledger. As shown above, the census taker crossed out “Romania” for father’s birthplace and overwrote “Russia.”<\/p>\n

The strong possibility exists that this 1930 Leo Lieber census record was tampered with later, perhaps while Robert was getting his Top Secret security clearances to work at RCA starting in 1952 (see illustration above).<\/p>\n

Why having a Russian father was preferable to a Romanian one is unclear. But, the evidence is overwhelming that Leo was Romanian.<\/p>\n

Robert Lieber started lying to the public early in life (and continued all through his lying spy career at RCA); then, Robert’s indicted Harvard prof. son Charles M. Lieber just kept lying<\/span><\/h2>\n

Remarkably, on Robert Lieber’s 1946 Draft Card<\/a>, he says his father Leo was an “Unemployed veteran.” This is an evident lie.<\/span> For some reason, Robert besmirched his father Leo’s (Charles’ grandfather) 50-year-long proprietorship as a candy manufacturer: Leo Lieber Confectioner<\/strong>, Philadelphia, PA (“Originator of Crimped Chocolates” — PA Board of Trade, 1920<\/em>)<\/span><\/span>. It appears that Leo may have even lost three fingers on his left hand early in his profession, according to his 1918 Draft Card<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Leo Lieber died on Jun. 08, 1955, here is Leo’s Philadelphia Inquirer<\/em> Obituary<\/a>\u00a0 at age 75 having just retired two years earlier in 1953. Here is Leo’s 1920 PA Board of Trade<\/a> membership verification as a confectioner\/manufacturer of note.<\/p>\n

Even the coroner got it right at Leo’s death in 1955 – ten years later!<\/h2>\n
