Note: Saunder\u2019s position as chief of the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) was comparable to Sally Yates\u2019 is Assistant Attorney General in the U.S.\u00a0 James Comey and Sally Yates made their first application for a FISA warrant to spy on Carter W.
