In a recent article, we explained to fellow patriots how perception management\u00a0used by the\u00a0U.S. Department of Defense. It is defined as: \u201cActions to convey and\/or deny selected information and indicators to foreign audiences to influence their emotions, motives, and objective reasoning as well as to intelligence systems and leaders at all to influence official estimates, ultimately resulting in foreign behaviors and official actions favorable to the originator’s objectives. In various ways, perception management combines truth projection,\u00a0operations security, cover and deception, and psychological operations.\u201d<\/p>\n

The factors that influence the targeted<\/em><\/strong> audience consist of the following:<\/p>\n

Ambiguity<\/em><\/strong>: If ambiguity increases, the perceiver may find it harder to form an accurate perception.<\/p>\n

Social status<\/em><\/strong>: a person’s real or perceived position in society or in an organization.<\/p>\n

Impression management<\/em><\/strong>: an attempt to control the perceptions or impressions of others.<\/p>\n

The phrase “perception management” has often functioned as a\u00a0euphemism\u00a0for “an aspect of\u00a0information warfare.” The purpose of perception management is to get the \u201cother side\u201d to believe what the perpetrator wishes it to believe,\u00a0whatever\u00a0the truth may be.<\/p>\n

Although perception management operations are typically carried out within the international arena between governments, and between governments and citizens, use of perception management techniques have become part of mainstream information management systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

When the government entity gets CAUGHT using perception management, it can be referred as a FALSE FLAG.\u00a0 Since false flags have become quite predominant in our world today, we thought it would be useful for patriots to have the list of the twelve characteristics of perception management at their easy disposal so that any questionable event could be evaluated. Since that time, we have used this list to evaluate 9-11, Sandy Hook, San Bernardino, and several other false flags.<\/p>\n

Now we take on the mysterious and very expensive scientific operation of CERN.<\/p>\n

\u00a0Perception Management, aka False Flag, Characteristics of CERN<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Counterpart: Eyewitnesses have conflicting accounts.<\/h4>\n

    CERN- Scientists world-wide do not agree with CERN\u2019s findings; diffusion of responsibility is spread over 25,000 scientists and multiple city and country participants.<\/p>\n

    1. Social status<\/em>: targeting a person’s position in society or in an organization<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Counterpart: The official narrative has obvious domestic and geopolitical advantages for the governing body.<\/h4>\n

      CERN- Using the all encompassed endorsement of \u201cinternationalism\u201d, CERN effects the military industrial complex throughout the world through its many member nations.\u00a0CERN\u2019s global mission is also to mine data and provide comprehensive surveillance of the internet, phones, and satellites.<\/p>\n

      1. Impression management<\/em>: <\/em>the perceptions or impressions of others.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Counterpart: The narrative behind the attack serves to leverage emotions like fear, as well as patriotism, in order to manufacture consent around a previously controversial issue.<\/h4>\n

        CERN \u2013 Although the real purpose of CERN is never mentioned in public materials, it certainly elicits fear around the controversial operations of colliding particles that could, as their scientists proclaim, cause the destruction of the earth. It also manufacturers a consent around the big bang theory which is a controversial theory at best.<\/p>\n

          \n
        1. Preparation<\/em> – having clear goals and knowing the ideal position you want people to hold.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Counterpart: Military and law enforcement training drills occur on the same day very close by causing confusion to obscure eye witness testimony and allow orchestrators to plant both patsies, disinformation and backup operatives. Immediate calls for gun control or restricting civil liberties.<\/h4>\n

          CERN- Under the guise of scientific research, the entire world donates to warlord bankers who are protected by the ultra-secret Swiss government. Because of the diffusion of responsibility across many nations and employees, an ultimate climate of confusion surrounds the entire project. No one knows who is in charge; no audits can be conducted; no financing is ever enough; no real results are ever published.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

            \n
          1. Credibility<\/em> – all information uses prejudices or expectations to increase credibility.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Counterpart: News agencies keep saying that they are \u201cbeing given reports\u201d or \u201cbeing told\u201d and do not cite who reported or told them the unconfirmed information they broadcast as real.<\/h4>\n

            CERN- Regular \u201cnews\u201d and discoveries are released to the international press to bolster the support for unmitigated scientific experimentation. The press has probably never investigated the collider site thoroughly to determine its real size and scope. No reporter has ever explained how the project was built without any evidence of construction. The press is just spoon fed any old story and writes it up as CERN truth.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

              \n
            1. Multi-channel<\/em> support<\/em> – have multiple arguments and fabricated facts to reinforce your information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Counterpart: No obvious motive for the mass attack and no prior indicators. Shooter leaves manifesto or lots of evidence \u201cproving\u201d they were \u201cradicalized\u201d or \u201con drugs\u201d or other were other undesirables.<\/h4>\n

              CERN \u2013 CERN releases \u201cscientific discoveries\u201d that have nothing to do with a particle accelerator. For example, why is CERN releasing its discovery of music inhabiting a separate realm? Multiple arguments, discoveries, and stories keeps the general public unaware of what is really happening.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

              1. Centralized<\/em> control<\/em> – employ entities to promote propaganda.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                Counterpart: Fake \u201cvictims\u201d and crisis actors.<\/h4>\n

                CERN \u2013 CERN works with 25,000 employees who are actually volunteers from around the world that have never even been to the accelerator. Higgs himself had never been in an accelerator before he supposedly discovered the Higgs-Boson particle. Swiss citizens, like false flag crisis actors, go along with the claim of living on top of a dangerous collider, never questioning how all those tunnels were constructed without disrupting the countryside.\u00a0\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

                1. Security<\/em> – the nature of the deception campaign is known by few.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  Counterpart: All drill participants and crisis actors sign non-disclosure Agreements with \u201cNational Security\u201d clause promising swift and severe punishment if broken.\u00a0 Everyone involved is on a \u201cneed to know\u201d basis and kept in the dark about the overall intent of the event.<\/h4>\n

                  CERN \u2013 CERN\u2019s security is the highest (of course, because it is top-secret science in the works) and no one has given any verifiable tours of the underground tunnels.\u00a0 The large warehouses and the dancing Hindu Shiva statue are staged above ground for the public. Videos of dancing employees doing the dance of destruction distract you from looking at the real operations. A false flag shell game for sure!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

                  1. Flexibility<\/em> – the deception campaign adapts and changes over time as needs change.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    Counterpart: Evidence gets destroyed or tampered with and the details don\u2019t matter because the culprits are dead.\u00a0 No more interest in an investigation.<\/h4>\n

                    CERN \u2013 CERN schedules experiments secretly and then only releases the data much later. The data looks exactly like the simulations they create beforehand. Few people ever get to witness a collision, so they report. No one really knows what CERN is doing; there are no \u201creal time\u201d activities.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

                    1. Coordination<\/em> – organize in a hierarchy to maintain consistent distribution of information.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      Counterpart: The federal agencies trump the local law enforcement agencies due to the \u201cNational Security\u201d element of the drill which is ultimately controlled by the Department of Defense.\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n

                      CERN \u2013 Internationalism trumps all nations. CERN, who or whatever it really is, has total control of its operation since it is housed in a country where secret controls were invented.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n

                        \n
                      1. Concealment<\/em> – contradicting information is destroyed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        Counterpart: Culprit is dead and evidence disappears from news reports, Internet, and media. Patsy has no military training, yet shoots extremely fast and accurately but no authority looks at the evidence.<\/h4>\n

                        CERN \u2013 There is no need to have CERN\u2019s tunnels 575 feet below ground \u2013 except to hide the fact that it is a hoax and a fraud. Other colliders around the world are in clear operation above ground. But not the secretive CERN that hides all of its operations deep below the earth.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                        1. Untruthful<\/em> statements<\/em> – fabricate the truth.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                          Counterpart: \u00a0Families of \u201cvictims\u201d have acting backgrounds and receive payoffs in GoFundMe accounts and direct payoffs, especially mortgages. They often show little to no emotion, and even smile or laugh. The lie perpetuates and the \u201cofficial story\u201d is shaped by the media into truth.<\/h4>\n

                          CERN \u2013 All particles supposedly discovered at CERN and other accelerators are wild, unprovable theories. Blowing up atoms will never tell you about a healthy atom and its mechanisms. CERN is there to simply \u201cprove\u201d that science can mimic the Creator.\u00a0 And what about all of those Swiss citizens who allowed this behemoth to be built under some of the world\u2019s most desirable lands and lakes? Were they paid off as many false flag crisis actors are?\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

                          CERN admits that it is a FRAUD<\/strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

                          What is so astonishing is that CERN tells you on its own website what you need to look for in order to discern an internet hoax. <\/strong>(Since CERN is the creator of the internet\u2014which you will read on down the article\u2014guess they needed to alert you when you might be caught up in an internet fraud.)<\/p>\n

                          CERN indicates three things that will tip you off to an internet fraud or hoax:<\/p>\n

                            \n
                          • Technical sounding language.<\/li>\n
                          • Credibility by association.<\/li>\n
                          • Life or death questions concerning a human.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                             <\/p>\n

                            As you can see, CERN meets this criteria exactly. What project is more technical than CERN?<\/strong> It continuously creates new theoretical particles that no one, even the NSA, can \u201cfind.\u201d<\/p>\n

                            CERN is the largest scientific collaboration in the world. Therefore, its credibility by association is unparalleled <\/strong>with 25,000 top scientists working for it. That many scientists can\u2019t be wrong, says the new alternative method of scientist research\u2014scientific consensus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

                            What could be more life-threatening than opening black holes that could swallow the earth<\/strong> or finding anti-matter that destroys the entire Earth in the process?<\/p>\n

                            Therefore, CERN, by its own definition of a hoax is a hoax of mega proportion.<\/strong> And it meets all the criteria for twelve basic strategies of perception management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
