Venables has been a perennial presence in Presidential and DARPA cyber technology panels since he graduated from Oxford University in 1990.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Venables: Fraud, Treason, Sedition, Conspiracy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remarkably, as a subject of the British monarch in the United States, he was nevertheless awarded&nbsp; crypto currency patents by America\u2019s British-controlled U.S. Patent Office (run by SERCO). This wallet subsumes all current crypto currencies. No. 7,139, 761, yet nowhere does Venables disclose Leader\u2019s invention as prior art.
