Gretchen Whitmer filed <em>under oath<\/em> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.michigan.gov\/documents\/whitmer\/2019_Whitmer_Financial_Disclosure_696686_7.pdf\">Dec. 31, 2019<\/a> that she held <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbcoverup.com\/docs\/library\/2019-12-31-CERITY-Partners-13F-HR-Edgar-Dec-31-2019.pdf\">$1,877,466.36 in a single investment in Cerity Partners Investment Account<\/a>. She did nothing to disclose the investments that Cerity held for her. Therefore, she is hiding her beneficial financial holdings behind Cerity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Corrupt politicians, judges and bureacrats have resorted to hiding their true financial interests from the public behind mutual funds and investment accounts like Cerity. Federal judges started this trend on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fbcoverup.com\/docs\/cyberhijack\/cyber-hijack-findings.html#judicial-conference-mutual-fund-scam\">Mar. 14, 2001<\/a> at a Judicial Conference where they floated a \u201cguideline\u201d that would allow judicial employees to use a \u201cconcept\u201d (not a rule, guideline or law) called \u201csafe harbor\u201d where judges could hold stock in, say AT&amp;T, inside a, say Blackrock, mutual fund without having to disclose AT&amp;T. Then, if AT&amp;T came before them in a court case, they could play dumb. They then put forward the \u201c<em>diminimus<\/em>\u201d concept that since AT&amp;T\u2019s stock in Blackrock was proportionally small as compared to the whole portfolio, they would not be benefiting enough to be a material amount. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this corrupt &#8220;safe harbor&#8221; fabrication, it means that all holdings in every fund is <em>diminimus<\/em>, meaning nothing ever has to be disclosed! Our bureaucrats, judges and politicians all use this &#8220;concept&#8221; as it it is law (the stupid ones think it is), and as the excuse to hide <em>all holdings <\/em>except the mutual fund itself. It has rendered the whole concept of transparency to <em>We The People<\/em> a laughable, sniggering joke&#8230; yet nobody in a public position complains or does anything about it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the other hand, the Canon of Judicial Conduct says \u201ceven one share\u201d held in a company by one\u2019s spouse is enough to recuse oneself from a matter coming before them, or to at least disclose it so that the parties could decide whether that conflict was acceptable or not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In Gov.
