President has to follow the law. Since the IC determined their is substantial evidence of election interference by China the election is null and void. This was an attack on our country.
His only lawful course is to step down, declare a state of emergency or by executive order or perhaps a limited martial law will be handing over the country over to the military until such time as the corruption is rooted out and new elections can be held. Likely under military supervision.
