If the muscles of the eyes focus to light and the heart muscle is the same fiber and a sense organ, how would light affect the heart?

I started “talking to my heart” over a year ago with a THC and neutraceutical and steroid (pregnenolone and DHEA) protocol – you add things like bulletproof oil (caprylic acid pure oil) which is an energy source. I thought it was temporary schizophrenia but it clearly wasn’t a disorder and they’re very weak as psychedelics. Gave me a huge shift in perspective and my life will never be the same. However it works it became psychotherapy and I figured out the combination must be pumping tons of oxytocin and other stuff. I tried to stay scientific but it’s so tempting to ascribe it to some spiritual origin I almost started seeing it that way and I’ve heard of alternative stories about the heart. It’s very romantic, I’m not sure how much is in my head and how much is in my heart.
