Yesterday afternoon, 10I21 during the reported temporary closure of the airspace over DC, a helicopter visually similar to the one mentioned in the comment above was circling over downtown Baltimore and the port area.

These two events are consistent with a SAM watch during a VIP infil/exfil to/from DC.

NB: The headquarters for Kamala Harris’s presidential campaign were located in Baltimore.
