Of course, one of the many elephants among the invisible unicorns in the room is whether genetically engineered “smartbombs” with payloads of engineered sequences of RNA or DNA protein synthesizing programs can be used (abused) alone of in multistage system with other agents or catalysts (chemical, electrical, biological, etc.) to produce a compound effect that causes human physical, mental, emotional or spiritual illness. Specifically, can a virus, exosome, plasmid, etc. be engineered to be a weapon that harms biological organisms with the purpose of disrupting the social organism? Of course, the answer to the question of how did the elephant get into the room is of fundamental importance and can be heard blowing in the window.

Twitter is an asymmetric environment with many games being played on many levels, conscious and not. Been giving this much thought lately. Where do we go from here?
Do we return to they Constitution of the United States? Keeping all things in place such as laws and Government Corporations, knowing the corruption that has taken place by law makers for the past 120 years?
Then I wonder have we been connived into how we should interpret the Constitution?

First Three words of the Constitution. “WE THE PEOPLE”.
Last paragraph of Lincoln’s Gettysburg Address. “But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate — we can not consecrate — we can not hallow — this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. Specifically the last 16 words.
What I’m trying to hypothesize is that our Constitution is our Social Contract, that not just the Government should be held accountable to it’s content, but all people within any public space adhere to this Constitution as our social contract, therefore any one conducting business in the public square should abide by the same rules. We now have the given the presumption that businesses do not have to comply with the rules of the public square, using private property as their determination. What we now have is any business can demand any form of regulation and or rules that you have to abide by that they deem fit. Take just the internet now, every site have Terms of Service needing a lawyer to actually interpret, all different, all with the exemption of change whenever the want. leaving everyone having to discern a different and changing set of rules. How do we fix this or do we? Thanks for the good comment and hope me tagging onto it have created some thoughts for us to consider going forward.
