At what point does an algorithm intended outcome become useless?
Although I’ve no access to raw data, if candidate B were given a handicap over candidate T, say every vote cast for candidate T 25% of that vote was given to candidate B. In any close race candidate B would win. However if the election was a blowout for candidate T even at 75% the advantage would be overcome. Looking at the data before the vote shutdown, if candidate B had been given that handicap, candidate T must have had at least 50% more votes that candidate B. Making this the biggest win and worst loss in history. Then seeing the results before the shutdown the algorithm’ handicap must have been run up to 50% points. The evidence would be in a hand recount but not in the swing states that currently are being scrutinized, where votes likely have been created to cover the handicap, one should recount the data from a state that isn’t being looked at, where the likely hood of fake votes needing to be created to make the count equal out.
Where no one is currently recounting or scrutinizing. It is possible that only select voting machines one by one could have been given this handicap though that would have been far more difficult than just tweaking all machines remotely. It’s seems simple enough to see if it were a nationwide or voting system wide handicap by looking elsewhere for this manipulation.
And of course no one is recounting in these places.

I know do remember, when I read Terrorist Hunter, right after 911 (I did not know sh*t then about foreign policies, politics, etc) that the FBI did glue together shredded documents they found in a dumpster in Virginia.

Can be true or not, because that writer was later unmasked as working for the enemy. Forgot her name, not important.
