I love it – brings out the natural red that I have suppressed with blonde highlights. Covers the gray beautifully. But I am shy and reserved and prefer to stay hidden behind the scenes, at least for now.

I was late to the no poo movement, but it feels good to be able to walk away from commercial shampoos.

We use the salt sticks for deodorant – got rid of those nasty aluminum chemicals long ago.

I forgot, you probably will come out in the future about deodorants, well, I have not use them for more than 25 years. That’s a scam too. If you practice bodily hygiene (and a healthy diet) you don’t need that poisonous stuff either.

It is just amazing how way way ahead I am. I have not used shampoo for say the last 16 years or so. Once you start thinking that everything is a business and America is a throw a way society, you see that it is one money making scam and soap is one of them. I have Bronner’s soap and Kirk’s.
Just wonderful for body and hair.
