Thanks John, we have spoken with an attorney and he’s thinking the case is solid for us. However many gray zones are evident. Like who is ultimately responsible as the State mandated the mask policy. The heathcare facility was just carrying out the mandate. Then of course she is mostly healed now but cannot return to any employment till the mask mandate is lifted. Lots of uncharted territory here. Unfortunately we have to likely borrow against her home to afford legal representation. I suspect these insurance companies are going to dispute being liable for the same pretense. There will likely be many cases of this, we are hearing of many more nurses developing complications from the continuous wearing of the masks. So they will likely fight it out in the courts We’ll be out of sick days soon and it’s nearly impossible to get into contact with unemployment personnel only machines and digital communications. Yet she is not officially unemployed yet. We’ll just keep on praying!
