A Presumption of Innocence.
The fundamental right. (Wikipedia Excerpts in Quotes)
“This right is considered important enough in modern democracies, constitutional monarchiesand republics that many have explicitly included it in their legal codes and constitutions”
* “The Universal Declaration of Human Rights, article 11, states: “Everyone charged with a penal offence has the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law in a public trial at which he has had all the guarantees necessary for his defense.””

I would argue that this fundamental right is being infringed upon with the actions and reactions to the COVID-19

We the people are being charged with the offense as being carries of an infectious disease. We are not being given the presumption of innocence until the accusers have proved beyond a reasonable doubt that we are guilty in a public trial.

It would seem that we have been formally charged with this crime.
We have not been able to dispute these findings.
We have not been given a trial.
We have not been able to face our accusers, nor given the chance to question and cross examine them or to view or dispute their evidence against us.
Suppression of the evidence to the contrary is clearly being done.
We are being sentenced and punished for a crime we have not been proven to have committed.

I believe this could be taken much deeper into our rights being violated and disregarded.
Am I making any sense here?

Wisdom garnered from my years on a farm as it relates to the the people wearing and defending the wearing of masks.

1) The sheep spend their whole lives living in fear of the wolves only to be eaten in the end by the Shepherd.

2) In a chicken coup if one chicken looses a feather and starts to bleed a bit the rest of the (stupid) chickens see that the bleeding is different so they start pecking it until it bleeds to death. Sound familiar?

Folks – we are witnessing a mass chicken coup mentality. Bock bock bock!
