The filing date was Feb. 6. And for those short on time, it’s all about Blackrock. All things Black make me squint. They are a ginormous Hedge Fund so it may be nuffin much. But I do like tracking. And Tracking money especially dark money should be a public sport through FinCen.gov someday. Looks like very large number of securities had to be reported. No understanding of why but I’ve seen some insider trading in these dark pools of bank gambles that are off book so to speak.

May have nothing to do with the spelling. Many possibilities.
